I order sleeves extenders from them but they were not delivered as they were shown in the picture.And after complaining for 2 times still they haven't replied to my email. They have such a pathetic customer service.
The fabric was absolutely amazing and it looked stunning when I wore it...in short it is actually a 10 on 10

All the products were sooooo good I loves them but the under cap was not like it was supposed to be it's didn't cover the hair all the way from behind but overall it's a 10 on 10 experience
Good product but bad customer service. I opened the box and found one of the scarves was defective. It had another color's stain on it. I searched for the return or exchange policy and found out that I had only 24 hours to report the issue. I emailed and messaged via Instagram but there was no response from the team. I had no choice but to send 5 out of six scarves to my sister. I won't deny that the color and fabric of th scarves was better than expected. I also had expected the box to be a bit better but was disappointed to see it was a bit mishandled cardboard box, I hope this will be improved in the future
I recently bought a hijab cap and a set of pear-shaped hijab pins, and I’m really impressed with both items! The hijab cap is comfortable and stays in place all day, while the pear-shaped pins are stylish and keep my hijab secure. I’m really happy with both!
