I always buy sleeves from you guys but this time the quality was soo bad i used for like a week they have lint balls all over just in a week

Not satisfied with the purchase its just a month I bought it didn't washed it at once wore it merely and now the threads have started coming out it is losing its charm and honestly 2100 for a hijab with this quality is not fair at all you guys need to work on it

I haven't received my order yet , the ordered was considered refused after reaching the courier service
All items were received in good condition but the tie-back underscarf I ordered in white was incorrectly sent in beige. I previously emailed about this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received a response.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and take necessary steps to rectify the error.
The Hijabs were very see-throught also the colour didn't match the picture.

I think i bought the wrong fabric coz its not what i had in mind too over priced for this quality
The shade I ordered is not what I ordered the picture shows very dark purple and the dress I had to wear was of that but now I received wrong colour so kindly please let me know how can I exhchnge it

It is a good fabric but I didn't learn how to wear it yet . But it is an excellent hijab. If you are in the habit of wearing a chiffon hijab. It will be a little weird for you but it is amazing .🩷
Didn't like the satin silk brown scarf at all and it smells.and colours were little different as shown.
Complained so many times. Emailed. Requested for a refund. No response. The person on instagram put it all on me instead of solving my problem. Never ever buying again. Will also recommend others not to buy
