i want to exchange or return because of this matter i didnot give 2600 for a piece of lawn
ive been ordering from this website from a while and this time it was so unsatisfactory. the hijab color is not at all same as shown in the picture and the material is not as same as modal hijab is supposed to be but instructions is lawn. it is supposed to be brown and modal and i got purple and lawn. and i even messaged then because this small piece of hijab is also so expensive but they haven’t replied to me and this is a very irresponsible as a big business.
I ordered white sleeves with the thumb hole but i received the simple one... When i paid for the premium one why did i get the simple?
I ordered Three Neck covers and received my order today. The fabiric quality is pathetic and neck cover is too tight that it is possible to wear. Just waste of money. Worst Experience.
The niqabs are too tight to be worn. They press nose very hard and leave a mark after sometime. I ordered 5 hijab and niqab sets but all niqabs are tight.
I have a good experience of abayas everytime though, but scarf niqab buying wasn't good.

I’ve purchased a pack of four crimps along with 2 other crimps.
The colors shown in the pictures (pack of four coffeehouse crimps) is a little different in person.
They are too bright.
And one of the two seperate crimps is the wrong color. I ordered ivory and received butter instead. And I really wanted an ivory I had to gift it to someone.

The cap isn't flexible at all and it's so tight and it's not user friendly at all. Disappointed. Also the petunia frangraces I ordered was not good at all
