I ordered stuff for someone
The colours of hijabs were not quite similar to the ones that appear in the picture, they were fine though but the hijab caps were not good at all
They sent shocking pink instead of maroon and a very local skin colour instead of light beige
And the quality didn’t look good too
When I complained all they said was sorry for inconvenience
No compensation
I’ve ordered from modesatire once before too and I was kinda satisfied but I’m disappointed this time
It looks more forest green in picture but the colour I got for this is Teal. I think they need to be more specific with colour description.
I ordered on 1st august and parcel came on 20th august!! Very poor service so I didn’t receive it! Please work on your service.
I placed my order on 3rd August. The website stated i would receive my order in 6-8 days which i didnt and i had to ask the customer service everyday for the tracking id which they failed to provide for almost 2 weeks. I received my parcel on 21th august. They still didnt give me the tracking id btw.
Also the colour deep rose wood is just normal purple colour, which is very misleading.
Highly disappointing behavior and service, would not recommend at all.
