I am purchasing third time from you but thiz time i got issue in color. On website it was shown that niqab and hijab will be same color but I got both change color and the colors was also not that I ordered.
I got the wrong order and then i sent an email demanding for compensation but I got no response
Sorry but haven't recieved my parcel yet and it's too late. Please check at your end what is the issue because you are saying its delivered but in actual it's not. Where the parcel now I don't know or should I order again?
The order I received was wrong and when I complained about it, they offered me a replacement but it has been almost a month since it despite texting them so many times about it.
The colours of modal hijabs shown in reference images were so fresh and bright. The actual hijab colours are so dull so pale. Too expensive for the quality being provided.
I did email you guys and even texted y’all on ur instagram page and I got no positive response yet.. I got a different shade and it had grey marks on its corner too.. really bad experience my money wasted

probably the worst quality of jersey hijabs ive gotten , if there was an option of a 0 star i owouldve given it
