I am very pleased with the quality, and I received my order on time. I loved the products.
Sent completely different colors, not the ones i ordered. I've attached one of the two pictures. Did not even reply to my messages regarding this. Highly unprofessional and disappointing. Don't even deserve 1 star.
The lightest color shown in the picture above seems to be some shade of blue
But actually what I received is turquoise which is totally different from the colour shown above. Also the darkest is actually quite different. The colours received are not required at all.
The managing team does not reply to the emails which is frustrating.
Not buying again from them. Bye
Fabric is not good, I specifically asked if it is airy or not. Also the color is not even close to the one shown on the website. Never ordering again
I ordered a bundle of 5, and I recieved just 4. Reached out to customer service and no response at all. Never buying again. Also the beige scarf was yellow - slight difference is shade is okay but this is not the colour they advertised.

I really loved the scrunchy and all the hijabs but I ordered a hijab in oatmeal color and it came out a bit yellowish than I expected,it looked like cream or off white on the website, 😕,the rest were truly amazing 😍 and I really like your website and would like to be a regular to your company,thank you for the lovely experience,but also please fix the way colors appear on the website and write the color properly in the description,thank you again!!!

Its good but not as stretchy as my other jersey hijabs that i got from abroad, but its good and wearable...
Buttons were glued on and the glue is visible from a far... fabric is good. Finishing not so much.
I ordered a hijab for eid in parrot green because it was specifically needed, they sent a mint green one which could have been an honest mistake. I registered the complaint immediately and the responses were so delayed that eid holidays arrived. I had to get a replacement from the market. The worst part is that they're assuming I'm stupid and telling me that lighting can cause color differences. No sense of accountability or ownership for a personal mistake, and absolutely no efforts to correct it.
The maroon Hijab was really yayyy nice
But the green hijabs cap was a little tight

you guys did not deliver me blue georgette hijab and i PAID for it. This is so unfair and unprofessional.
Bought 5 hijab caps. Literally waste of money. Threads started pulling off just after one use and the stitching is not neat and proper either. Gives a very rough look.

I have ordered Turkish scarfs and tie back scarf caps. The Turkish scarfs is just fine while the caps have very low quality fabric and rough stitching. Need to improve the quality.
